The reason I was holding out for the Playstation 3 was because of Gran Turismo HD, which is still yet to surface and the reason I got my Xbox 360,It seems that Singstar has a release date of 7 December released with nan iTunes style download function for songs costing 99p.
If you've never played singstar you are missing out, think of a game that you can only really play when as pissed as a fart and there's a group of you, like the Nintendo wii games but without the injuries. Initially there are 44 songs available with more planned from 17 December.
It's still not justification for me spending £300 on a PS3 to then buy the games when I have my trustee sidekick PS2 (which is not chipped and the games aren't free*)
